Since the implementation in 2018, we have been in full compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system every year. This is not surprising, as we regularly carry out internal audits and make it a priority to work in compliance with the quality assurance system in our daily work.
However, this year's external audit was different from the previous ones: every three years, the standard requires a certification audit. In practice, this means that the experts review every detail of our entire operation and check whether we are still eligible for ISO 9001 certification.
We are pleased to report that everything was found to be in order during the certification audit, with no complaints or objections. We received only one small suggestion for development from the ISO experts, and that was on a subject that we ourselves had planned to improve. The project start-up and project close-out protocols were found to be flawless, and the project tracking only adequate, so we will work on further improvements in this area in the future.
